We never transfer your personal information to third party companies. The only time you will be emailed other than for customer services needs is to receive information on new products and services we are offering to our Advantage Conferencing customers. Those updates and offer emails will come directly from us not from third party vendors. If you would like to opt out of receiving emails from Advantage Conferencing, please email us and we will remove you from our notifications. You must provide each email address that you used with our company in order to be removed from all email notifications.


If at any time you would like to cancel your services with us please email accounting@advantageconferencing.com and we will get back to you within two business days.


CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be in writing. Upon termination your monthly fee is non-refundable. Fax: 888.306.2521 Email: accounting@advantageconferencing.com If you wish to cancel service within a 72 hours of registering, please send a written request to the above mentioned email address or fax number and a full refund will be issued. If you have not received a response please call us directly 866.380.6326 otherwise your account will not be cancelled.


Under certain circumstances Advantage Conferencing may provide up to 90 days refund for services.


We use a secured certificate when signing up for our webinar service. We do not sell your information to any third party companies. Your information is only used for account setup purposes.
